The Hardee’s located in Green Cove, Alabama has been recognized by the Huntsville Area Governor’s Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities. This Restaurant works with the ARC of Madison County to employee individuals with disabilities. Each employee has an assigned job coach that visits them a few times a week and gets feedback on the employee’s performance.

Paradigm continued its annual support for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation by raising an amazing $45,846.00 this year through selling Shamrocks at all of its locations! The teams did a great job creating excitement in the restaurants and promoting the cause in the community. Paradigm Hardee’s is happy to provide funding for a great organization that does so much for the children and families in the areas we operate in.
On March 25th Paradigm Hardee’s in Arab, Alabama hosted a MDA shamrock run at this location. The route took the bikers from Arab, Hartselle, Hwy31, Down to Chumley’s BBQ and back to Arab for drawings and prizes! The Hardee’s local friends from Sweet Cheeks make Green Cup Cakes and Truffles to give away to the families visiting that day.
Arab Hardee’s raised $347.00 in shamrocks in THIS ONE DAY!
All of the bikers wore green, who ever had the best green and support received a $100.00 Gift Card from Hardee’s of Arab. Our winner was a Michael Simmons. Who was dressed as a leprechaun. The restaurant was decked out in shamrocks and the MDA rep Katherine Shivers showed up to show her support!
Several Hardee’s locations in Montgomery, Alabama supported the Salvation Army Angel Tree Project 2016 promoted by WSFA. This year the Salvation Army worked toward collecting donated gifts for 150 children. Paradigm Hardee’s has been a proud supporter of The Angel Tree Project for many years. The customers are always very generous in purchasing gifs for the children they select from the angel trees. This year was no different. Guests gave and gave to ensure happy children on Christmas.
On October 29th, Paradigm Hardee’s Managers teamed up to walk the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Mobile, AL. The group showed their support and completed 3.5 miles and raised $1065.27 to donate to the American Cancer Society.
Paradigm Hardee’s of Andalusia, AL recently hosted a Chamber Breakfast at the Andalusia Chamber of Commerce. Hardee’s served a breakfast buffet to the attendees complete with biscuits, bacon, sausage, eggs, gravy and grits. The attendees loved the catered breakfast and were excited to hear about their local Hardee’s and its initiatives.
Denise Meeks, Director of Brand Image & Events gave a presentation on Paradigm’s “Hardee’s Cares Program”. The attendees received information about how Hardee’s works to support the local community by creating a community bond, bring awareness, and assist schools, churches and organizations. Meeks also provided information on catering opportunities for their upcoming events . The members gained great information about Paradigm Investment Group, LLC and how their local Hardee’s is here to support them.
On September 8th, 2016 Hardee’s of Selma, AL hosted a Spirit Day for the Alzheimer’s & Autism Outreach Group. The event was a huge success and brought awareness to their deserving cause. The community, school, and local organizations showed their support by coming by Hardee’s throughout the day to eat and contribute their part to this fundraising event. The local radio station Dixie Country was on site to provide giveaways for those supporting the event and also interviewed several members that are associated with this great organization. In addition, there was a Search and Rescue drone demonstration at the location.
The AOG is a Project L member organization with a mission to provide support and funding for technology that will protect and locate “At Risk” individuals who are prone to the life threatening behavior of wandering.
This advocacy organization is unique in that it helps to coordinate the funding throughout the state of Alabama for families and caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementia related conditions.
On Wednesday, June 8th Whiting Pines Naval Base held a Breakfast On The Go for their residents. Their representative greeted the residents as they exited the community handing out a Hardee’s bag filled with breakfast treats as well as Hardee’s coupon booklets valued at over $45. Paradigm was excited to help sponsor this quarterly event in appreciation of our military service men and women.
Paradigm Investment Group partnered with several Relay for Life Teams across the states of Alabama and Florida in support of their fundraising efforts. Paradigm donated items for goodie bags for several Survivor Recognition Dinners and assisted with some catering for the events as well.
In addition, Paradigm offered several opportunities for fundraising through Hardee’s such as Spirit Nights and fundraising coupon booklets. Paradigm was proud to assist with any requests from these teams and will continue to offer their partnership for the Relay for Life cause!
